Irvine Estate and House Mountain Inn sit on the same private mountain property, just out of sight of each other, and together they offer two completely different atmospheres. House Mountain Inn has a warm log cabin feel; Irvine Estate opens up to panoramic mountain views that stop people in their tracks. I photographed Michela and Ben’s wedding here on a rainy October day, and even with the weather working against us, the covered terrace ceremony with that mountain backdrop was breathtaking. The staff is exceptional and made the day run smoothly from start to finish.

Moss Vineyards is one of those places I love telling couples about because most of them haven’t heard of it yet. The ceremony pavilion is covered (a huge bonus if you’re planning an outdoor wedding and want peace of mind), the tasting room makes for a beautiful cocktail hour space, and the reception hall is relatively new and spectacular. The mountain views from this property are unbelievable, and their wine consistently gets compliments from guests.
